CAMART2 meeting about development of study courses “Micro and nano fabrication of electronic and photonic devices” and “Semiconductor physics and devices” in Stockholm/Kista, Sweden was held on February 13-15 with participation of representatives from ISSP UL Laboratory of Computer Modeling of Electronic Structure of Solids, Laboratory of Kinetics in Self-Organizing Systems, Thin Films Laboratory, Laboratory of Spectroscopy, Laboratory of Prototyping of Electronic & Photonic Devices, Laboratory of Organic Materials and ISSP UL Deputy Director of studies.
